- We are committing to our customers. Concerning the coronavirus spread around the world and following the CDC public health guidelines, with caution we have temporarily halted on-site visit to our customers until May 1, 2020. Meanwhile, we are continuing sales, laboratory operations and technical support for our customers. Together we will prevail as a community.
- New filter inserts from Reaction Analytics for solubility measurement and heterogeneous stress study by pharmaceutical consortium members. The insert brings sample filtration to the 2 mL HPLC vial and free you from tedious syringe filter and centrifuge. Just drop in the filter insert after the compound, reagent/solvent and stir bar are added to the HPLC vial. The spontaneously filtered solution in the vial is ready for sample injection at any time. On the other hand, stress study of drug product in aqueous buffer at the presence of insoluble excipients becomes feasible by means of filter insert technique, eliminating manual filtration or centrifugation.
- Molnar Institute in Berlin identified iChemExplorer to force the degradation of drug products to generate characteristic chromatographs with Active Pharmacuetucal Ingredients and their degradation products. Then DryLab was used to optimize the chromatograph for best peak resolution. This is a new way to approach the development of drug product stability indicating methods. Presentation was made at the Eastern Analytical Symposium in November 2019.
